About the Event
About the Event
Diego Báez is a writer, educator, and abolitionist. He is the author of Yaguareté White, named Best New Poetry Collection of 2024 by the Chicago Reader, and a finalist for a Chicago Review of Books Award. His poems and book reviews have appeared in Latino Poetry: A New Anthology, The Georgia Review, and Letras Latinas Blog 2. He lives in Rogers Park and teaches at Truman College.
