In-person Attendance Policy for Loyola Students, Faculty, Staff, and Guests

Effective March 14, for the health and safety of all and in compliance with Loyola's Return to Campus guidelines, all participants are still strongly encouraged to wear masks for those seeking additional COVID-19 mitigation on campuses. Anyone who was recently exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 is also strongly encouraged to wear a mask in all settings.     Our updated mask guidelines apply to all students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors, regardless of vaccination status. Please respect the decision of anyone who chooses to wear a mask or asks you to wear a mask when near them. Personal decisions to wear a mask may be to protect oneself or to protect those around them who are more vulnerable to infection or too young to be vaccine-eligible.

Participants must also show their vaccination card (or photo of it) or proof of a negative COVID test result dated within 72 hours prior to arriving on campus. Please DO NOT email proof of vaccination or negative test results ahead of the event.  Loyola students, faculty, and staff can also show the Loyola Health app on their mobile phones to verify their campus access status. Thank you.
